The Scouting Report

You coached up every position. Except one.

You've tightened operations, renegotiated with vendors, upgraded your tech and squeezed your supply chain. Payroll is the one spot on the field nobody ever reviewed. You've paid full price on every W-2 employee, every pay period, because no one showed you there was another play in the book.

The Home Team Advantage

Send a few runs to your old team.

This is money you didn't know you had. Put a share of it toward a high school baseball program, in your company's name, and you never write a check. Your employees win, your business wins, and so does the team that started it all.

Questions from the dugout
Does anyone's paycheck go down?

No. Employee pay and benefits stay exactly the same. PCMP restructures how payroll is handled, not what your people take home.

What does it cost my business?

PCMP is structured at zero net cost to the employer and zero net cost to the employee. Your PCMP representative will walk you through exactly how the numbers work for your company.

How does it actually work?

On each paycheck it runs in four steps: a pre-tax contribution, the tax savings it creates, a SIMRP reimbursement, and the net effect. The paycheck example in the box score shows the before and after, and your PCMP representative will walk you through it for your payroll.

Is it compliant?
IRS § 213(d)IRS § 125IRS § 105(h)SIMRPCPA reviewedTax attorney approvedAudit defensible

It's independently administered and built to withstand scrutiny. Ask your PCMP representative for the written plan documents to review with your own CPA.

What do you need from me to start?

A payroll census and employee IDs. There are small business and corporate versions.

How does the team donation work?

Once your savings are confirmed, you can choose to put a share toward one or more high school baseball programs, given in your company's name. It's money you didn't know you had, so there's no check to write from your budget. It's always optional, and you pick the school and the amount.

Who's eligible?

Two qualifications: you have W-2 employees and a healthcare plan. Your free game plan and a PCMP representative confirm the details.
